Lynn Sansone has grown up in the passenger transportation industry. Having worked her way up through their family owned passenger transportation business to CEO, she has the knowledge and experience needed for this specialized industry. Lynn recently stated, “I was honored to be asked to join Mark’s “orchestra” and play a part within this amazing “concert” of talented professionals. I truly enjoy assisting individuals within the industry faced with similar experiences and challenges and find solutions needed for success”. Lynn specializes in driver recruitment/retention, safety and compliance, policy and procedures, grant writing and RFPs.

Amy Nixon is a journalist with more than 13 years of experience in the news industry. She has a background in reporting and editing newspapers, magazines and specialty publications along with public relations. Amy is available to help clients with public relations and marketing, including writing press releases, web content, newsletter content and more.

Steven Foe is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, majoring in Agribusiness with a minor in Computer Science. He has extensive knowledge in the area of Private School Bus operations, and has consulted with numerous companies on their school bus operations. In addition to his industry background that includes sales, dispatch, operations, safety, and accounting, Steven also has extensive knowledge of IT & Networking. He has working knowledge of multiple school bus routing, maintenance, and charter dispatch system, on-board technology, and other systems available to the industry. His unique background of working in the industry and with technology allows him to find the best option for your operation.

Rodney Preusse has an extensive background in Diesel Mechanics. He studied Heavy Truck and Diesel Mechanics at St. Cloud Technical, worked 16 year at St. Cloud Trailways as mechanic for coaches and school buses. At FedEx, where he had a Master Heavy Truck Certification, he was a Senior Mechanic. Rodney also spent 9 years as a Technical and Product Support Manager for ABC Companies and Van Hool. Rodney will be happy to travel to look at possible equipment acquisitions, so that companies can leave their maintenance people where they are needed, in their own shops.

Sydney Brashear graduated from Middle Tennessee State University where she studied Video and Film Production. She has taken several film courses while in college and has produced many films. Not only has Sydney produced many films for her classes but she has also held the video position in her sorority where she got the chance to film and edit videos for sorority recruitment, as well as many training, promotional and social media videos for On Your Mark Transportation (She produced the promotional video on our home page!). Sydney is available to create customized videos for marketing, training, or social media, amongst other areas.

With 12 years of experience in marketing, Laura Dickerson loves the chance to help businesses and authors find a way to connect and build their platform online. After graduating from Lipscomb University with a degree in marketing, she was thrilled to join Thomas Nelson Publishers and combine her love of reading and her passion for marketing. She now enjoys partnering with small businesses, authors, and brands to help share their story and build their platform. Laura currently lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and their two little girls, Lillie Anne and Reese

Taneé Lynn has been in social media for 6 years, starting with live-streaming and moving towards short- and long-term video. She loves creating content and feels extremely comfortable in front of the camera. She has worked with various companies helping them showcase their products. She has a passion for creating content and enjoys being creative with it. Taneé lives in Nebraska with her husband and two children.

Eileen Minton obtained her degree from the Art Institute of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. She is an advertising professional with over 35 years of experience designing marketing materials for multiple national, local, and regionally based clients. She has a natural talent for visually expressing how a brand needs to express itself to connect with its audience. Eileen enjoys bringing her talents to our clients!

Madyson Cahill is a student at Vanderbilt University who is interested in the relation between urban spaces and minority communities, with a particular focus on how various forms of transportation can influence the relation between the two parties. She is interning with On Your Mark Transportation to further her knowledge of transit systems and actively watch how these resources can influence people’s lives. She is excited to get involved in the field and learn as much as she can.

Sayler Clark is a marketing student at Tennessee Technological University. She states that her strengths are Communication, Brand representation and leadership. Sayler currently holds the secretary position in the American Marketing Association chapter on campus at TTU and finds a great deal of strategic planning and teamwork. Sayler states that, “ I am excited to be interning for On Your Mark Transportation and to gain hands on experience for my future career in marketing”.

Yarieliz (Liz) Lopez is an Austin Peay State University Marketing student. She is interning with On Your Mark Transportation to gain real-world experience and explore how marketing can unify businesses in their communities. Liz is motivated to grow her skills, take on new challenges, and learn more about the industry while preparing for her future career.

Suwie Zhuo is a freshman at Volunteer State Community College. She is majoring in business and is excited to explore the world of marketing and how business relates to its community. Through this internship, she hopes to grow through hands-on learning, and learn more about the passenger transportation industry. Suwie is also looking forward to taking on new challenges in learning and preparing for her future career in business and marketing.

Haley Sanders is a senior Marketing student at Middle Tennessee State University. She is passionate about curating professional relationships and helping further business development. By interning for On Your Mark Transportation, she intends on gaining real-work experience and growing her network. She is excited to learn more about Marketing through this opportunity.

Freedom Williams is a senior at Middle Tennessee State University studying supply chain management. He is excited to begin his internship with On Your Mark Transportation to gain real-world experience and learn more about the transportation industry. He is eager to apply his communication and problem-solving skills in a professional business environment and looks forward to growing his skill set while making a positive impact.

David Siedentopf brings 26 years of management and supervisory experience to the team, with a background in management and operations. When serving as a Vice President of Operations for MV, Dave held full responsibly for 13 locations within a five-state region, including 12 paratransit and 4 fixed route systems in transit. David is also a programmer, developing software (Reservations, Scheduling and Dispatching), for smaller paratransit operations providing for the tracking and reporting of ridership data and trends without the major capital expense associated with some of the high-end software currently available. His transit background is extensive and will be a great asset to service our Transit Systems Clients.

Jacob Fritz brings a plethora of public transit experience ranging from bus operations to software consulting and dispatch review. With a knack for drastically improving the efficiency of an operation, Jacob enjoys looking under the hood to drive success with above industry averages in OTP. Jacob has provided his transit expertise for close to dozens of high-profile transit agencies. Whether it is creating standard operating procedures (SOP’s), micro transit support or third-party QA audits, Jacob’s work leaves lasting positive effects. He looks forward to bringing those skills to our Transit Clients!

Justin Sheldon is a transportation expert in FTA compliance. Whether it is policy writing, the development and implementation of standard operating procedures, or ensuring the quality of service being delivered, Justin brings a diverse knowledge of the transportation industry, and is always thinking of innovative ways to please our stakeholders. With a background in operations, and experience in the oversight of various transportation projects, Justin is driven to ensure your agency is operating at an optimum level.
